Rev. Liggens is the youngest of ten children born to Daniel and Allie Liggens of Green Pastures, Oklahoma. After graduating from Star Spencer High School, he attended the University of Oklahoma excelling in Business and Track & Field, and Oklahoma Baptist University to study Theology.

Lady Dee Liggens

First Lady

Dee hails from Green Pastures, Oklahoma, and is one of three daughters of Darlene Wandick Mukes and James Mukes. She currently serves as the WMU president for Ebenezer and works as the Director of Education ad Family Development for the Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City.
